The first meeting is a video call, usually in your evening, which is late afternoon in India. If grandparents or parents live in India, they are welcome at our Kolkata office at 174, C.R. Avenue, and we keep both sides of the family in the same conversation. On the Elite package, Saket Kejriwal meets your family personally, and on Signature, founder Sunil Kejriwal does.

After that, your Relationship Manager calls you with each shortlisted profile, with biodata and photos, and only after speaking to the other family. When both sides agree, we set up the family meeting, in person or on video, and follow up with both families afterwards.
