Pavitra Rishta Matchmaking Services LLP is an offline marriage bureau, based in Kolkata since 2006, that arranges matches for Non-Resident Indian families. We work with Marwari, Jain, Gujarati, Punjabi and Maheshwari NRIs in the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Germany and the rest of Europe. Most NRI searches involve two sets of people, the son or daughter living abroad and the parents in India, so we listen to both. The first meeting happens on a video call. Your Relationship Manager then shortlists from suitable profiles, in India or abroad as you prefer, and speaks to the other family before you see anyone. Introductions are planned around time zones and travel. Details are shared only with your permission, and we stay involved until both families decide.
Parents in India can also meet us in person at our Kolkata office. On the Elite package, Saket Kejriwal meets your family personally, and on Signature, founder Sunil Kejriwal does. NRI families can choose the Elite or Signature package.

Distance and time zones
An NRI match brings practical questions that a match within one city does not. Both families need a time when everyone can be on a call, and someone has to decide who travels for the first family meeting, and when. Your Relationship Manager plans each introduction around time zones, travel dates and work schedules, and keeps both families updated by phone and video call in between.
Packages for NRI families
Families living outside India can choose the Elite or Signature package. Elite is ₹5,51,000 and Signature is ₹12,00,000, each valid for 12 months and priced plus 18% GST. Signature adds NRI and international search, a personal matchmaker, concierge support and priority profile selection. Essential and Premium are open only to families living in India.
Both packages include a dedicated Relationship Manager. Every enquiry gets a call back within 24 hours, at a time that suits your country.

First meeting
We meet on a video call, with your son or daughter abroad and the parents in India together if possible. The first meeting is at our Kolkata office or on a video call. On the Elite package, Saket Kejriwal meets your family personally, and on Signature, founder Sunil Kejriwal does. We learn your lifestyle, your expectations and where you would like the match to live.
The shortlist
Your Relationship Manager shortlists from suitable profiles, in India or abroad, and speaks to the other family first. You see only the few that fit, with biodata and photos.
Family meeting
Once both sides approve, we arrange the meeting between families, on video or in person, around time zones and travel. We follow up with both families afterwards.
Until a decision
We keep introducing and stay involved until both families decide.

Pavitra Rishta works with NRI families in the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Germany and the rest of Europe, including France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy and Scandinavia. The work is handled from our office in Kolkata. Meetings with families abroad take place on video call, and your Relationship Manager keeps in touch by phone.
Can our son working abroad find a match with a family in India?
Yes. This is the most common NRI request Pavitra Rishta handles. We meet you on a video call, with your son abroad and the parents in India joining together, and then shortlist suitable families in India from suitable profiles. The other family is spoken to first, and the family meeting is planned around his travel dates.
Can you match two NRIs living in different countries?
Yes. Pavitra Rishta has matched families where both the boy and the girl live abroad, in the same country or in different countries. Tell your Relationship Manager whether your son or daughter is willing to move. The search, the introductions and the family meetings are then planned around both families' time zones and travel.
How do first meetings work when we live abroad?

Do you help NRIs who are divorced or widowed?
Yes. Pavitra Rishta offers second marriage matchmaking for divorced and widowed NRI men and women. These searches are handled with complete confidentiality. Your Relationship Manager speaks to each family privately first, and your details are shared only after you have given permission.
Which communities do you serve for NRI matchmaking?
Pavitra Rishta serves Marwari, Jain, Gujarati, Punjabi and Maheshwari NRI families. Sub-community, religious practice, food habits and, for Maheshwari families, gotra are checked in the same way as for families in India. Our team speaks Hindi, English, Gujarati, Punjabi, Rajasthani and Marwari, which helps when elders join the calls.
