Pavitra Rishta, Shuruwat Naye Rishte Ki

Punjabi Matrimony & MatchmakingHindu and Sikh Punjabi rishtey, handled with care.

Pavitra Rishta Matchmaking Services LLP is an offline marriage bureau, based in Kolkata since 2006, that arranges matches for Hindu and Sikh Punjabi families. We work with Khatri, Arora, Jat Sikh, Brahmin, Bania, Kamboj and Saini families in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi NCR and across India, and with Punjabi families settled abroad, especially in the UK and Canada. Our team speaks Punjabi, Hindi and English. A Relationship Manager meets your family first and asks about religion, community and the kind of home you hope your son or daughter will marry into. The shortlist comes from suitable profiles, and the other family is spoken to before you see anyone. Details are shared only with your permission, and we stay involved until both families decide.

All of this is handled from our one office in Kolkata, by phone and on video call. On the Premium and Elite packages, Saket Kejriwal visits your family personally, and on Signature, founder Sunil Kejriwal does.

  • Hindu and Sikh families

We work with both. Religious practice is one of the first things we ask about, and it is checked with the other family too.

  • Strong UK and Canada network

Punjabi families abroad are concentrated in the UK and Canada, and our NRI work there covers London, Birmingham, Leicester, Toronto, Vancouver, Brampton and more.

  • Talk to us in Punjabi

Our team serves families in Punjabi, Hindi and English, so elders can join every conversation.

Punjabi matchmaking: questions families ask

Do you arrange matches for both Hindu and Sikh Punjabi families?

Yes. Pavitra Rishta works with Hindu Punjabi and Sikh Punjabi families. Religious practice is discussed at the first meeting and checked with the other family before any proposal is shown. Whether your family wants a match strictly within its own religion or is open to both, the Relationship Manager follows what you have asked for.

Which Punjabi communities do you work with?

Pavitra Rishta works with Khatri, Arora, Jat Sikh, Brahmin, Bania, Kamboj and Saini families, and with other Punjabi communities as well. Families who want a match within their own community are shown only those profiles. Families who are open to a wider search tell us so at the first meeting.

Can you find a Punjabi match in the UK or Canada?

Yes. Pavitra Rishta works with Punjabi NRI families in the UK, including London, Birmingham, Leicester and Manchester, and in Canada, including Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary and Brampton. We also cover the USA, UAE, Australia, Singapore, Germany and the rest of Europe. First meetings with families abroad are held on video call.

We live in Punjab. Can a marriage bureau in Kolkata help us?

Yes. Pavitra Rishta has one office, in Kolkata, and serves Punjabi families in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi NCR and other cities from there. The first meeting is at our Kolkata office or on a video call. On the Premium and Elite packages, Saket Kejriwal visits your family personally, and on Signature, founder Sunil Kejriwal does. After that your Relationship Manager keeps in touch by phone, and family meetings are arranged wherever suits both sides.

Can we talk to the matchmaker in Punjabi?

Yes. The Pavitra Rishta team serves families in Punjabi, Hindi and English, and also in Gujarati, Rajasthani and Marwari. Many parents and grandparents are more comfortable discussing a rishta in Punjabi, and they can do so from the first meeting onwards, on the phone and on video calls.

Is our family's information kept confidential?

Yes. Pavitra Rishta never shares your biodata, photos or contact details with another family without your permission. Profiles are shown one family at a time, after the Relationship Manager has spoken to both sides, and bulk profiles are never sent out. This has been our practice since 2006.
