The first meeting is on a video call, and parents in India can join from home or come to our Kolkata office. Your Relationship Manager keeps in touch by phone and video. Biodata and photos of each shortlisted profile reach you with the other family's consent, and yours go out only with your permission. When both sides approve, we arrange the family meeting, whether online across two countries or in India during a visit home, and follow up with both families afterwards.
