The first meeting is usually a video call, which suits families where the son or daughter is at work all day. Some parents prefer to meet us at our Kolkata office. On the Premium and Elite packages, Saket Kejriwal visits your family personally, and on Signature, founder Sunil Kejriwal does.

Your Relationship Manager then works by phone, in Hindi, Punjabi or English, sharing a short list of suitable profiles with biodata and photos. Once both families approve, the meeting between the two families is arranged, and both sides hear from us afterwards. The search continues until both families decide, within the 12-month membership.
