Sydney and Melbourne are four and a half hours ahead of India, and five and a half during Australian daylight saving. Perth is two and a half hours ahead. The first meeting is a video call, often with the son or daughter in Australia and the parents joining from India, or the parents can come to our Kolkata office. On the Elite package, Saket Kejriwal meets your family personally, and on Signature, founder Sunil Kejriwal does.

Your Relationship Manager then calls with each shortlisted profile, with biodata and photos, after speaking to the other family. When both sides approve, we arrange the family meeting, in Australia, in India or on video, and follow up with both families afterwards.
